  Zaithunnisha Begum has gained the insight to empower young minds from the session. Her comments for the resource person were as follows: “She is very excellent. She has enlightened us by giving her views and ideas in tackling the children of all categories”.
  Nandini Rai has developed the insight to empower and enable the children, to identify their strength and drawbacks and help them to become complete disciplined individuals.
  Riya Karanji’s insight of the session was to motivate the students through the Body language and acknowledging their positive points. Her comments for the Resource person was “Mam is a fantabulous speaker, her friendly approach has never felt me as left out. I will really miss her company hereafter this session”.
  Rashmi Kr Sharma’s insight from the session is that all the students are empowered with ideas and creativity. She got to know how to understand their problems and to deal with them. The comments for the resource person was "She is very sweet and beautifully makes us aware of the problems of the students. She is the best counselor not only for students but for teachers as well."
  Sneha Joseph’s insight of the session was “ I have learned to deal with all kinds of students in differtent ways and methods and we as a teacher have a greater responsibility towards them. Her comments for the Resource person was “The first time I attended your Counselling and I have learned a lot from you, you have given answers to many of my questions, your personality itself inspires me a lot”.
  Jayanti Chakraborty has developed the insight to motivate and inspire herself to deal with her students. Her comment for the resource person was “A real human touching the heart of those who come in contact with her. Her lucid style and impressive thoughts really made the things quite interesting and we understood the simple ways to deal with the children."
  Teresa’s insight of the session was to come to know of the strengths and problems with others. Her comments for the resource person was “she was not only energetic but linked with the emotion of others”.
  Ankita’s insight of the session was how to deal with different situations and problems that students face and she is thankful to mam for the counselling. She commented about mam” very good motivator and counselor, we have really learnt a lot of ways to deal with the problems”.
  Adity’s insight of the session was to know about human formation and to gain the power to listen to problem of students and have the wisdom to solve their problems. Her comments for the resource person was “beautiful at heart, good orator, understanding, approachable, carrying lots of love for humans specially children”.
  Raphael has developed the insight of a positive attitude for adolescence and helping them for their betterment since each child is special. Her comment for Salony mam was “ a great and nice counselor ever met, she was ready to explain the practical life situations”.
  Uma Sarkar has developed the insight to deal with some special cases specially students out of track and how to nurture them with love and care and share their opinions with us. Her comments for the resource person was "amicable, friendly, jovial, excellent personality and fully energized with ideas and knowledge and practical experiences of each and every individual".
