On 28th March, Ummeed  brought their expertise to Frank Anthony Public School, Kolkata, on empowering the junior school educators with proactive techniques for self management and class management. They emphasised the Art of giving instructions to create a happy and productive classroom environment.  The resource person focused on Paanchaadi technique, which is a five step approach for skill acquisition are Adithi meaning introduction, Bodh meaning conceptual understanding, Abayas meaning practice,  Prayog meaning application, Prasar meaning expansion of teaching. She also spoke on National Curriculum Framework core focus.

Avenir at Indian School, Darsait, Oman a three day event from 7th December 2023 to create possibilities for 12,000 plus students in Oman across 21 schools of Oman.

Resource person, Ms. Salony Priya’s keynote address emphasised Building Emotional competencies along with hard skills as an emerging need in the market of Artificial Intelligence.

On 12th October Ms. Salony Priya conducted a positive parenting session at Golden Jubilee School near Aurangabad in Maharashtra - a psycho educational experience to enable parents to handle the challenges of bringing up a millennial child.
